Hope for better !!!

----- I went to bed at 3a.m. last night as I told you all before and I had to wake up at 5.30 a.m. to go to the university. It's the same super serious one of yesterday. I was so tired for learn, work, etc. I wouldn't be able to perform as I alert like everyday. And that I would actually fall asleep at the class but I did not do that. I actually managed to learn intensively along the day. The lecturer taught me many lessons which are very hard. I try to understand as much as I can and also as long as I can stand too. I am so tired you can not imagine, and I have so much to do still. I am going back home to manage another work and be prepare myself for this final examination that will come soon.

----- Hopefully, I will get some sleep tonight. Otherwise, it will be another all night that I stay along by hard for work, work and work. Or, I may stay along by hard for read, read and read. And because of tomorrow I have a make up class of the criminal law I that I have to wake up early at the morning, may be 5.30 a.m. again. Because I have to set a time may be hour or hour and a half for come to the university. Huh!!!! As you know the traffic at Bangkok is a serious problem and you cannot escape from this situation. So I’ll be ready to go at 6.30 a.m. and that the class will start at 9.00 a.m. which I absolutely be there on time.

Tired Day !!!

----- First of all, I want to tell you all that I was very tired this day and that I want to sleep all the time. Because I had studied very hard, all day long, yesterday. And I had done my project for Science, Man and His Environment all last evening until 3 o’ clock at this morning. There are too much things to do that is very hard. Sometime, I felt very tired and weak as I cannot stand anymore. But I found that it is my duty. I have to do it as good as I can. Actually, I always know that there are many people around the world who are work hard more than me.-----

-- Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie ^ ^" --

----- I was looking all over for a recipe. It was one my sister called
"Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie". It was pretty fancy for her style. I used to know it by heart. We always found it easy, and a bit elegant. I really love strawberry, but you can't tell that it's the fruit being used. You could easily substitute blueberry or banana or anything else.

----- This time, I will bake it by myself. I knew enough to buy what I needed at the grocery store, but still, what a dummy! I was worried I could not make it correctly. I was getting perplexedly and a recipe was not helping very much. Choose strawberries that not only look luscious, dark red and juicy but ones that have a mouth watering smell as well. Strawberries will continue to ripen after picking but they won’t continue to sweeten so sniff the berries for that ripe sweet aroma.

----- Here is one of my favorite recipes. It was a lovely dessert. It’s simple and delicious, a perfect recipe for a casual cook. A great recipe is a great recipe no matter how hard it is.

INGREDIENTS

· 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
· 1/2 teaspoon salt
· 4 tablespoons shortening
· 2 tablespoons butter
· 3 tablespoons cold water
· 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
· 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
· 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
· 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
· 1/4 cup chopped almonds
· 4 cups fresh strawberries, halved
· 1/4 cup jelly

DIRECTIONS

---1. Combine flour and salt in medium bowl. Cut in shortening and butter until all the flour is blended to form pea-sized crumbs. Sprinkle with water one tablespoon at a time. Toss lightly with a fork until dough forms a ball. Chill dough 15 to 30 minutes.
---2. Roll dough between two sheets of wax paper into an 11 inch circle. Remove top sheet of wax paper and lay into 9 inch pie pan. Prick bottom and sides of pie shell thoroughly to prevent shrinkage.
---3. Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool to room temperature.
---4. Combine cream cheese and confectioner's sugar in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Beat in vanilla and almond extracts. Fold in whipped cream and almonds by hand until well mixed. Pour into cooled crust. Refrigerate until firm.
---5. Decorate pie with strawberries fully or just around the edge. Heat jelly in microwave oven just until soft and brush carefully over strawberries until glazed. Refrigerate until serving.

---- P.S. ---- Not only are strawberries delicious but they’re good for you. Eating 8 strawberries can give you 160 % of your daily requirement of vitamin C and eating 8 strawberries is pretty darned easy to do. They also contain lots of vitamin A and B6 and contain only 50 calories per cup. That’s of course before you add gobs of sugar and mounds of whipped cream. So indulge yourself.

The freedom of speech in Thailand

----- Nowadays, the freedom of speech in Thailand is very limited. Many politicians become the influential groups which try to seek power and money from their political post. Although, law is set as equal to protect the people‘s right in the state. But many people are still restrained the right to speech because there are many news and facts that were concealed by influential group. The influential groups pretend to show their beautiful figure by cover up their fault for their business and their benefit. And because of that many people who did not know the real information will join in their group. However, the people are still fighting with the wrongs. Many people assemble to show that they can conquer the wrongs by the power of right and the power of unity.

----- Referring to above, to express the speech by individual is too hard. Therefore, the press is the best agent that can transfer the people’s thought to the government. There are many ways that the press can show the information to the people such as radio, television, newspaper, etc. But even so, the freedom of speech or to gather the information is still hard and always limited. The press is not free to report the news or the fact. Someone derogated the right of speech for cover up a fact or their fault. Some politicians did not want to work for the state honestly but they try to use their political post to be the by-pass to their own benefit. So, the politics is affected the freedom of speech in Thailand so much because of an influence of some politicians. The press was blocked by an influence of someone who has an administrative power in the state. The beautiful figure of speech, that they performed, is used to conceal their mistake or to keep back the truth that they made it up to defraud someone who did not see through their trick. Nevertheless, many people still call for their own right to have a freedom of speech all the time.

>>>>Thus, the government should work according to law, according to people’s demand in accordance with the truth and the justice. Moreover, the government should handle anyone who used an unjust power and give the freedom of speech back to the people as soon as possible. Because the government should work according to the people’s thought and the people should have the right to know the fact, which is happened, in the state all the time.

--- A girl has her lovely boyfriend. Although, he is not funny or cute very much but he always loves her so much that is hard to find nowadays. He can do almost everything for her if she wants him to do. Moreover, deep into their mind, they always know that they love each other so much. But she miss her way that she was changing her mind to another boy who just come in her life not so long time. She leaved her boyfriend. Dear, he cry and sad so much.

--- Sometime, a girl felt so bad and that she wanted to return to her boyfriend but she cannot do that because she always know that it is too late. She broke his heart which he has been suffered so much. By the way, a boy decided to pass away from their love.

--- A girl tried to endure her feeling but she cannot do that anymore. Although, she always know that it is too bad to tell “love” to someone whom she had break his heart already but a girl still wanted to tell a boy again. Even though, she knew that it may be the last time for her to tell like that. A girl really knew almost things that the people around her always told her such as…

- It is really bad to play with love.
- It is really bad to make a wish.
- It is really bad to be a fickle girl.
- It is really bad to changing mind easily.
- It is really bad to vacillate not surely.
- It is really bad to broke someone‘s heart and hold him back.

--- Everything is happened because of her fault. But whatever, she still worrying about him and thinking of him all the time. Sometime, she discovered that she cannot live without her boyfriend. She loves her dear and always missing of him so much. She wants to tell her dear that she love him so much. Even though, she always knew that it is not suitable to do such a thing like that.

--- Last 4 days, she read her dear’s blog then she felt sad as she fall from hill because her dear said that he can pass away from her already. She wanted her dear “WAIT” for her. Although, she should thinking about right and wrong which she knew that it is not fair for her dear. And many people will blame on her action. But at that point, a girl thought that “no one can know much as you own”. So, a girl decided to hold her dear back and try to think of her feeling again such as…What is real answer that she wants to do?...Who is the one that she love?...,or When is the suitable time that she should stop this story?

--- A girl called her dear then asked him about his blog.

“Do you really pass away from me now?” A girl said to her dear.

“I try to do that.” A boy replied.

--- A girl felt very sad to hear that. She really doesn’t want a boy go away from her life. She cannot lives without him. She admitted with herself that she is so bad. She is such a selfish girl. But she still cannot stop her feeling.

--- Finally, a girl discovered the best idea for herself. She intends that she will not do the wrong again. She decided to let everything move on their way, not to control or force it anymore. She will not hurry to do anything and not hurry to choose also, she will learn of them and try to think again after that if she want to choose someone next time when she is surely about that guy. At that time, he will be the only one guy whom she loves the most and that will be the last time for her to choose her own way in this love story.

FRIEND ^ 0 ^ "

>>>>> It is the short word but everyone knew that its meaning is very wide. “FRIEND” is the word which is very precious. We cannot assess a price of this word because it is very priceless. Friend is the one who always help you, love you, worry about you or talk with you when you want some consultant or when you want some help.

>>>>> I may not explain about this word at all because it is very great. I just know that it is very difficult to find some real friend. I mean that he / she will be the one who can help or consult with you. They will not refuse you if you have problem. They can leave with you when you are lonely. They will beside you if you are harmful. You can trust in them. They will keep your secrecy forever if you want. She can sacrifice for you. Although, she may be in trouble or it is very difficult to do. Many people have told that we can find good friend from a high – school only. They told that to find a real friend from the university is very difficult. In the university, many people compete for their benefit. So, it is very difficult to find someone who is cordial to you. Nowadays, I have not believed in this case anymore because I have already found my real friends in the university.


>>>>> So, I met new friends. They are very kind tome. Some are really love and care of me but some are fake I know. I did not care of someone who fakes to me. But I will care of everyone who loves to me. “I love my friends”

MY EXPERIENCE !!!!

>>>>>First, I think that all of the experiences are the best lesson for my life. I can’t learn the truth event from the book. Although, the book is the good source for many knowledge but I think it has just a theory that can’t compare with the true experience.

>>>>>This experience is the one event of many events that happen on me when I studied at Assumption Convent School. One day, when I was studying at Grade 8. My friend and I were playing together after the class. We were play a game call “hide and seek”. That day, I had to find the rest of my friend but I couldn’t find one of them. Her name is “Aeiang”. I tried very long time but I did not found her. I walked into the room. It is very dark. I couldn’t see anything until . . . OAL!!!!! I slip down on the floor. My front tooth was broken. Many friends mock me all the time. I was very embarrassed until I went to see the dentist last 2 years. YEAH!!! No one mocked me about that again. I promised with myself that I’ll not forget all of my experiences and try to careful much more. I love to think of them and remember them ever and ever. I used to laugh and cry with my friends. We have understood each others. We were talk, play, learn and work together. Many relations were happen there. So, I don’t know how to forget about that?

>>>>>This is only one part from my experience. I think it is difficult to describe all on the paper or present by the letter. I just know that this story will stay in my mind like this as long as my life will be.
